Gavin Furlong - Operations Manager
Gavin is a 15 year veteran of the home technology industry. He oversees the day to day operations of HTS and serves as the lead Control4 home automation programmer. Gavin lives in Lewes with his wife and two children.
Steve Parsons - Installation Manager
Steve is a 30+ year veteran of the electronics and communications industry, including 20 years service with the US Army in radio and satellite communications. He is also a gigging musician, with extesive knowledge in pro audio for live use. He and his wife live in Dover, and they have three adult children.
Derek Mumford - Service Manager
Derek leads the HTS service department, for existing residential and commercial clients. His experience includes over 10 years of customer service and personnel management, as well as 6+ years in the home technology industry.
Josh Strange - System Designer
Josh has 15+ year experience as an audio engineer and musician, originally hailing from Maine, earning a BS in Audio Engineering from the New England School of Communications. He uses his pro audio expertise in designing systems in the home tech and commercial realm here with HTS. Josh lives with his wife and two daughters in Phoenixville, PA.
